PROCEDURES
We maintain rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures that meet and exceed international standards. Every client and partner undergoes thorough identity verification before we conduct any business transactions.
Our KYC process includes verification of identity documents, business registration certificates, proof of address, and beneficial ownership information. For corporate clients, we require detailed information about company structure, directors, and ultimate beneficial owners.
Our AML framework includes transaction monitoring, suspicious activity reporting, and ongoing due diligence. We maintain detailed records of all transactions and client interactions in accordance with Ghana's AML regulations and international standards.

Every supplier we work with must hold valid mining licenses and permits from the Ghana Minerals Commission. We maintain complete traceability from mine to export, ensuring full transparency in our supply chain.

ASSAY & CERTIFICATION
To further strengthen client confidence, every consignment undergoes independent assay and certification through the Ghana GoldBod before export. This guarantees that the purity and weight of the gold are accurate, transparent, and trustworthy.
Our assaying process uses internationally recognized methods including fire assay and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) testing. These methods provide precise measurements of gold content and identify any other metals present in the dore bars.
Each assay certificate includes detailed information about the consignment, including weight, purity percentage, test methods used, and the date of testing. These certificates are issued by Ghana GoldBod certified laboratories and are recognized internationally.
